This is the $750 deposit to reserve your half beef.  Balance due payable 2 weeks prior to harvest.  Total cost is $1750 per half and that includes cut/wrap and cut how you like. 

Halves are available February-April and it is first come first serve as to when yours will be ready.  Emailed details with approximate delivery date will be sent out after deposit is received.

***Please note, half prices are subject to increase no more than $200 per half at time of balance due to increasing input costs***

*** Deposits are non-refundable.  You may find someone to take your half and can go that route, but we actually keep "your cow" for you based on the amount of deposits received rather than selling it at market in the fall.***
